Our group classes offer an opportunity to experience GYROKINESIS® in a supportive community setting. With small class sizes (maximum 6 students), you'll receive personalized attention while enjoying the energy and motivation of group practice.
Each class begins with centering and breathing exercises, followed by gentle spinal mobility work, and progresses through flowing movement sequences that challenge your coordination, balance, and strength.
New to group classes? We recommend starting with our introductory session to familiarize yourself with the GYROKINESIS® method. Our instructors will help you understand the basic principles and ensure you feel comfortable in the group setting.
